Romantic rain sequence in Punar Vivah!

Things are going to change soon in Shashi Sumeet Mittal's popular show Punar Vivaah Ek Nayi Umeed. The viewers will get to witness something exciting in the upcoming tracks of the show.

Our source informed us that, "In the upcoming tracks of the show, the viewers will get to see Raj (Karan V Grover) and Sarita (Srishty Rode) going for a bike ride during the rains. Raj and Sarita were going out to buy something and suddenly it starts raining and both of them completely get wet. A romantic scene takes place between the couple."

When contacted Karan V Grover, he said, "I am yet to shoot for this sequence. Keep watching the show as lot of romantic sequence will come up between Raj and Sarita."

SURPRISE SURPRISE FOR DRASHTI !

Dhrashti Dhami was in for a treat this week on Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa… Vivian aka RK surprised Drashti with a visit on the show. Drashti looked extremely pleased to see her co- actor from Madhubala on the sets. Talking about the support he is on the set, Drashti said “Whenever I am sleeping, I’ve overheard Vivian tell anyone who tries to wake me up, ‘tum do show karke dikhao, phir mane!’ Vivian further quipped “I’m always busy on sets rehearsing my dialogues, while Drashti is hooked to her iPod, rehearsing for her act on Jhalak”

Recreating the RK – Madhu magic onstage, the duo did a quick spin on the dance floor and RK in his trade mark style said, “Biwi.. tumhare paas do options hai…option 1- jeet ke aana and option 2 – tumhein jeetne hi hai”…

Well what’s even more surprising is the fact that while Vivian is supporting his reel screen wife, his real wife, Vahbiz is rooting for their family friend Karanveer Bohra… hmmm !! Well here’s this doesn’t start a battle back at home… Kudos to Madhu Rk and their eternal love…

"Everything that I do in my life is an experience for me"

The talented and gorgeous Yashashri Masurkar who left a mark in the television industry with her character Khanak in Yash Patnaik's popular daily soap Rang Badalti Odhani on Star Plus, and who was currently seen in Swapna Waghmare's daily soap Sanskaar – Dharohar Apnon Ki on Colors, playing the role of Bharti on how was her journey in this industry, on being a part of Sanskaar – Dharohar Apnon Ki, the reason to leave the show and much more.

Let's have a look on what she said…

How has your journey been in this industry?

My journey has been very good so far. I feel blessed as I am getting to live my dream. There are a very few people who get to live their dream hence I find myself lucky. I have got a chance to work with many talented people and got to learn a lot too from them.

How did acting happen to you?

I always wanted to be an actor since childhood. I used to do many plays in school and colleges as I love acting. Before getting into the television industry I used to work in a BPO but yet I never gave up on becoming an actor. One day I saw an advertisement in Maharashtra Times newspaper for a beauty pageant and I thought of giving it a try. I stood second runner up for the same and then there was no looking back. I stopped working in the BPO and started searching for work in the television industry. Few days later I got a call for a Marathi show Laxmanresha. I gave audition for it and I cracked the show too. My dreamland journey started from there.

If not an actor what would you be?

I like photography very much, I keep clicking random pictures. It has become my hobby too in my free time. So definitely if I not an actor then I would be a photographer.

Well talking about Sanskaar Dharohar Apnon Ki, how was your journey in that show?

My journey in Sanskaar Dharohar Apnon ki from the time that I started doing the show till the time I left was really superb. I got to learn a lot as I worked with really good and professional actors.

What made you take up that show?

Honestly, like any other actor even I wanted to work with Colors channel. When I auditioned for the role of Bharti for the very first time, I found it a very superb character and I thought to take it up.

How was it working with the co-stars and the production house?

All the cast of Sanskaar Dharohar Apnon Ki, was very talented and intelligent hence it was really lovely working with them all.

Do you think taking Sanskaar - Dharohar Apnon Ki was a mistake?

I don't think that taking up Sanskaar – Dharohar Apnon Ki was a mistake for me. I believe that everything that I do in my life is an experience for me. So I don't regret taking up that show but definitely I have got to learn a lot through it.

Do you think Supriya Kumari who has replaced you will be able to leave a mark as you did? How do you find her as Bharti?

I have not seen any of Supriya's performance on the show as in yet as I don't follow the show. But if she has been chosen to play the role of Bharti, then I am sure she must be good and capable to play that role.

How soon do we get to see you on screen?

Well if I get a good opportunity then I would happily take it but I would not want to come back soon on television as I need a break.

Out of the shows that you have done, which is the most memorable one and why?

Out of all the shows that I have done, Rang Badalti Odhni and Laxmanresha are the shows that are very close to my heart. They are the most memorable. My Marathi television show Laxmanresha taught me a lot of things and gave me a bunch of crazy and true friends for life. Same goes with Rang Badalti Odhni too, it was a superb show and it gave me a lot of recognition and fame in the television industry.

The current ongoing show you would want to be a part of and why?

No, currently I wouldn't want to be a part of any ongoing show on television. I would love to comeback with a brand new show.

Your favorite show on television?

Though I don't catch up with television soaps as much as I don't watch television on a daily basis. But I quite enjoy the comedy show on Sony TV namely Comedy Circus.

A role you wish to play on television?

Something which is very challenging and superb. It should be appreciated by the viewers and also should give me satisfaction and happiness to portray that character.

A message for your viewers.

My viewers are my biggest strength as they have been very supportive throughout my journey till now. I love you all for the love that you shower on me. But I think you all have to wait to watch me on television as I make no plans to comeback on television soon.

Diya Aur Baati Hum completes 500 episodes!

Congratulations and celebrations…. An elated team of Shashi Sumeet Mittal's popular show Diya Aur Baati Hum was seen in a very joyful mood yesterday as they successfully completed a journey of 500 episodes. The show has brought forth many social issues through its various tracks.

A journey of a girl Sandhya (Deepika Singh), who aspires to become an IPS officer achieves the same with the support of her husband who is less educated than her, is the show's theme. Getting good response from the audience, the show has so far maintained the top position in the TRP chart.

On the completion of 500 episodes, the team cut 3 cakes on the sets and shared this happiness with the entire team. The fun began after cutting the cake when each and every person was seen running after each other for a cake facial. On the occasion, we got in touch with the actors to know about their feeling on the success of their show.

Anas Rashid, who plays the supportive husband Suraj, is feeling more enthusiastic on achieving the milestone of 500 episodes. He says, "Big number gives you big strength. I am feeling much stronger today as I was when we touched the mark of 100 and 200. It's a pleasure completing 500 episodes successfully and we are still rocking. I would like to say to the audience that that keep watching the show and we will meet up to your expectations. Thanks for watching and loving us."

Neelu Vaghela who has gained immense popularity by portraying the strict mother in law in the show, has enjoyed a wonderful journey of 500 episodes with her team. Neelu says, "It's been a very nice journey of 500 episodes for us. We all have now become a family for each other. We are feeling very happy today and we don't even realize that we have completed 500 episodes today. I would like to say to the audience that you all have given us immense love and keep loving us like this only and stay with us always. Keep smiling always."

Diya Aur Baati Hum is like a gift for Sehrish Ali, who plays the beloved daughter Chavi of the Rathi family, as she told us, "My journey has been very good with the team and it's still going good. May we complete 5000 episodes and the love within our family stay like this only. Diya Baati is like a very nice gift of my life. I would like to tell the audience that keep loving us because we are nothing without them."

Though Pooja Singh is the new entrant to the family she is very happy to be a part of the show which has completed 500 episodes. Thanking the audience for accepting her she says, "I am feeling very happy that I am a part of the show which has completed 500 episodes. I am a new member to this family and I would like to thank the audience for accepting me. I would like to say to the audience that keep loving us and we all love you all too."

"The journey has been amazing. We share a great family bonding off-screen as well that we didn't even realize that we have completed 500 episodes so soon. The show has been on no. 1 position for so long and we hope that it will remain so in the future too and we will keep entertaining the audience," says Varunn Jain who plays the youngest son Mohit in the show.

Ashok Lokhande who plays Bhabasa, makes the audience tickle with his comic acts in the show. Wishing all the success to show, he told us, "The journey has been very nice with the entire team. I hope that Diya Baati will keep growing like this and I would like to say to the audience that we will keep them entertained in the upcoming episodes as well."

Kanica Maheshwari aka Meenakshi said, "We have covered a very nice journey together. I wish the show completes many more such successful episodes. Each day on the sets is a fondest memory for all of us. I would like to thank the audience for their love."

Brackish yet Sweet - Usha Nadkarni

Usha Nadkarni was at her candid best at the launch of Mrs. Pammi Pyarelal. A known theatre, film and Television actor who is popular for the various characters she has portrayed is not known as someone who will mince her words. Usha made sure that all present were entertained as she spoke about her role in the new comic caper as well as her reaction to Pavitra Rishta taking a leap and some of the cast quitting the show.

In Mrs. Pammi Pyarelal on Colors, Usha will be seen as Kamini Fauzdaar aka dadi who is a strict disciplinarian. "My character is of a retired jailor who has seen hardcore criminals so she has a strict demeanor while dealing with everyone on the show." After playing a typical saas in the serious family drama, Pavitra Rishta, Usha finds this comedy as a relief of fresh air, "As an actor I am open to doing something new all the time. I have been acting since I was in school when I was studying in 4^th standard so I have tried everything but still when I am offered something new it gets me excited. At the end of it all, I am an actor and a professional one at that so these things are all mandatory for me" she says.

The professional that she is, Usha will be continuing with Pavitra Rishta on Zee TV even after the show takes a leap unlike the youngsters who are all ready to quit the show and have announced their decision too. Talking about the same Usha says, "I too wanted to leave the show but then I had a meeting with my producer Ekta Kapoor in her office. I also had problems with one of the leads but all matters were sorted by Ekta. I told her about my problems and she said, "I will take care of that', I told her to look into the way my character would shape in the future and she said, "I will take care of that', then I mustered courage and spoke about a little increase in payment which has not happened since the past two years and she smiled and said, "Don't worry, I will take care of that too." So when you have such a good producer who reassures you and takes care of your every need why would I want to quit the show? I had my issues resolved and am happy to continue. I am continuing with the show only because of Ekta."

She however doesn't want to comment on the youngsters who have taken the decision of quitting the show due to the leap, "To each his own" she says, "They are young and maybe have more choices too with them. They don't want to look old and grey their hair so it is their choice altogether." What she dislikes is the way the young actors behave on the sets. As a senior in this profession it bothers Usha, "The way they talk and behave with seniors is something I don't like but then who are we to correct them? They are irresponsible and even talk on the phone in between shots which is not a professional way to conduct yourself but who cares is the attitude these days so everything goes on just like that!"

Usha who has a humor streak comes across as being fiery many a times. "I know that some people find me rude but that is because I am not afraid of anyone and I say what I feel. I don't care what they say!" But what happens with her real life bahu, won't she be scared of having someone like her as a saas? "My son is not yet married but I feel whenever he does, my bahu will be more than happy to have me as her saasu maa" she ends with a laugh.

Qubool Hai twist: Asad (Karan) to break Zoya’s heart for Tanveer

Tanveer has become a big hurdle of Asad (Karan Singh Grover) and Zoya’s (Surbhi Jyoti) love story in Qubool Hai on ZEE TV.

It is being shown that Asad and Zoya got happiness after such a long time by their reunion.

Both Zoya and Asad were not only confessing their love to each other but they were also ready to get married to each other.

The things were going in a happy way but Tanveer’s evil eyes destroyed their happiness once again.

The upcoming episode will show that Asad will tell Tanveer that he is happy to get his love Zoya back and now he wants to forget that night incident.

Tanveer who has already made up her mind to get Asad will reveal to him that she is pregnant with his baby.

Asad will feel very guilty and will face a dilemmatic situation to choose between Tanveer and Zoya.

The strory will take big twist and turn when Asad will call off his wedding with Zoya and accept Tanveer.

Bade Achhe Lagte Hai BALH: Kartik to live with Jhanvi & his child

A high voltage drama will soon unfold on Sony’s Bade Achhe Lagte Hai (BALH) with Kartik (Chirag Thakker) improving from the state of coma.

Kartik will be soon seen at home with Natasha and Jhanvi (Sonal Parihar).

In last few episodes of Bade Acche Lagte Hain, Natasha and Jhanvi were shown to fight with each other for Kartik and his baby.

Both Natasha and Jhanvi believes that Kartik loves them.

Kartik is also shown to improve from Coma.

While Natasha and Jhanvi waits for Kartik, Priya and her father remain worried for the consequences of Natasha and jhanvi living under the same roof.

In the upcoming episodes of BALH, Kartik will be shown to come back to his house from the hospital.

Kartik will want to live with Natasha.

But Natasha in her own jealousy will assume that Kartik loves Jahnvi.

Natasha will herself create circumstances where her family members will tell Kartik and Jhanvi to leave their house.

Pyaar Ka Dard Hai: Pankhudi’s love to bring Aditya out from guilt

Pankhudi (Disha Parmar) has become a very good and ideal wife for Aditya (Nakuul Mehta) in Pyaar Ka Dard Hai (PKDH) on Star Plus.

It was last seen that Aditya got a shock when Pankhudi revealed to him that he was responsible for his grandmother's death.

However, that was just an accident that Aditya did in his childhood but he is broken down on thinking as he did crime.

Adiya’s mother Avantika was also very upset with Pankhudi for revealing the truth to Aditya.

Being a good wife, Pankhudi used all efforts to bring out Aditya from this guilt and finally she succeeded.

Aditya was happy to save Pankhudi from the fire and he got relaxed when Dadaji explained to him that something depends on destiny.

Dil Ke Nazar Se… Khoobsurat celebrated 100 episodes

Dil Ke Nazar Se…Khoobsurat (Shashi Sumeet Productions) on Sony Entertainment Televsision will complete 100 episodes today.

The entire cast and crew will be celebrating today. The show will be ending next week on 19^th July, so the cast and crew of the serial are celebrating together in great grandeur.

The little angel Ehsaas (Eklavya) who played Aaradhya (Soumya Seth) son will cut the cake with great joy.

As everybody enjoyed and sang and clapped in celebration the whole team as they say looked very khoobsurat.

Somua Seth said that she was happy to celebrate the serial completing a century and did not want to think about the show ending next week. At the end of the show Abhishek Malik will make a comeback.

Sandhu (Syed Zafar Ali) had kidnapped both Aaradhya and her son Ehsaas, however in the upcoming episodes Shekhar (Sachin Shroff) will save them.

NBTNMKK: Nanhi will die saving Mohan from Addu in Maha episode

The Maha episode of NBHNTKK to bring tones of action, Drama and suspense where Addu (Kanwar Dhillon) will be determined to kill his step father Mohan (Kunal Karan Kapoor) but will shoot his own sister Nanhi (Jayashree Venketaramanan) instead.

The drama of Na Bole Tum na mene Kuchh kaha (NBHNMKK) took a new turn when Addu challaneged Mohan Bhatnagar that he will destroy all Mohan has.

To begin with, Addu trapped Mohan in jail for bringing in Mannu wrongly as Addu.

Coming episodes will show Addu trying to kill Mohan shooting him. While Megha will run towards Mohan, Nanhi will herself come in between bullet and Mohan saving her superman.

Let’s see if Nanhi survives bullet or will close her eyes for always. The Maha episode of Na Bole Hum Na Tumne Kuchh kaha season 2 will be telecasted on Colors television on 14^th July 9.30 – 10.30 p.m.

Madhubala Twist: Sultan might turn obsessive lover for Madhubala

The upcoming episode will bring many twists and turns in the married couple RK (Vivian Dsena) and Madhubala’s (Drashti Dhami) lives because of Sultan in Madhubala ek ishq ek junoon on Colors.

RK is completely broken down after knowing that he is an illigimate son of Mohan Kundra while Sultan (Avinesh Rekhi) is real.

However, Madhubala has become good supporter for RK and trying to reduce his frustration and anger by her love.

Madhubala is not only caring RK but also confronted Sultan for destroying RK’s happiness.

It will now be shown that Sultan will reveal to Madhubala that he wants everything that belongs to RK including her.

Sultan will also force Madhubala to leave RK and come along with him.

Being a good wife, Madhubala who believes Sultan as her good friend will spit at his hand, will rebuke him for his disgusting behaviour.

Madhubala’s rejection might hurt Sultan’s ego and he might turn obsessive lover for Madhubala to get her back into his life.

Qubool Hai – Behind the Scene Segment - "Clean My Coffee Cup Please!", Zoya gets back at Asad

We are “cleaning” up our archive and found some clips of Qubool Hai. Did not know whether we should just let it stay in the “dark room” or bring it out to light. Then we thought, the viewers of Qubool Hai, have been lamenting about Billo Rani and her antics. They have been crying about not seeing enough of Asad Ahmed Khan and Zoya Farooqui. Both Karan Singh Grover and Surbhi Jyoti who play the leads, have been doing nothing but crying in their scenes as the story is about pain as of right now.

Well, here we are, a bit of rewind time, where there was fun and laughter (the set is still filled with those), but the story surely does not have Zoya breaking into a shayari or Asad who had severe OCD issues. Watching him in the dunes, run around Ajmer streets, who would have thought that Asad ever had an OCD issue?

However, here are some moments for you to enjoy, unadulterated fun, with your favorites Zoya and Asad! And yes, you can thank us profusely for this! We expect that at a minimum!
